Consultation approach

My scope of analysis are functional and dysfunctional dynamics in groups and organizations. I use the socio-analysis approach derived from the  Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London (Tavistock Institute's Leicester Conferences) together with the contribution from Group Relations developed in the US (A.K.Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems).

My approach relies on a synergic combination of several disciplines. The  member in the work-group is observed considering the psychological, the economical and the strategic aspects underlying the decision processes. An example is provided by conflict management and negotiation  where these aspects mutually interact. In some cases, I use mathematical modeling to simulate the behavior of the complex system under analysis (Management Flight Simulators). My contributions have been published on top peer-reviewed journals. On these themes I provide consultation both to individuals and organizations.
